It is intensely aromatic on the nose showing passionfruit, feijoa, lime zest and sweet basil aromas, followed by a delectably expressed palate that is filled with youthful fruit flavours. The wine is bright and fresh, and offers excellent drinking. At its best: now to 2019

Clare Valley, “Clare Hills” Riesling 2017 By Neil Pike
36 per bottle
Pale green/straw in appearance w/ typical Clare Valley Riesling characters on show, including citrus, talc & gentle floral notes. The palate is fresh, dry & mouth filling - the well-balanced acidity ensuring a crisp, dry finish. While this Clare Valley Riesling is delicious served well chilled as a refreshing summer drink, it is also great food wine when served w/ something like a pan fried snapper fillet.
